One measurable Archeogenesis mechanism. Two operator implementations. The operator changes. The mechanism does not.

Visible Diagnostic Examination for Validation

The controlled testing releases are the instrumented versions of the AI and Human Protocol Implementations. They preserve the same measurable Archeogenesis mechanism, but during controlled testing the four SA examination interrogatives may be displayed immediately before the natural answer so an evaluator can directly observe which examination zone most strongly controlled the resulting Examined Discovery.

This visible diagnostic display exists for testing and validation only. It does not change D, the SA Examiner, the nine-layer measurable chain, the eight transition requirements, evidence discipline, reverse traceability, or the falsification boundary. The interrogatives are examination zones, not canned answers, and more than one may contribute when the evidence requires.

What changed

From Framework to Executable Examination

Archeogenesis is not implemented here by replacing another system. It operates as an overlay. A target can remain what it already is—a model, claim, process, software system, document, physical object, scientific assertion, organizational procedure, existing execution, or other legitimate point of examination. The protocol supplies a fixed examination passage over that target.

The implementation begins by refusing to start with the desired conclusion. It begins by establishing what is actually present, what is being examined, where it came from, what lies behind the immediate source, what can be established about cause, time, prior condition, and origin, and where the evidence stops.

D belongs strictly to Discovery. In the Mathematical Codex, the protocol label D is formalized as 𝒟Q (D_Q) so it cannot be confused with Dd(x), the Discovery layer. It does not answer Necessity in advance. Missing information remains bounded or unresolved rather than being manufactured to force completion.

The examiner before progression

Discovery is not permitted to become an unquestioned premise. After D establishes or responsibly bounds Discovery, forward progression stops and the SA Examiner challenges what was found before Necessity is allowed to begin.

The SA Examiner is not a tenth measurable layer. It observes and tests Discovery while the official nine-layer invariant remains unchanged.

Codex synchronization: Dd(x) denotes Discovery. After SA examination, that same first layer is represented as D̂d(x) = SA[Dd(x)]. Examined Discovery is not an additional layer. The first measurable transition is D̂ → N, followed by N → R → O → S → A → Σ → I → E. The completeness boundary remains exactly nine measurable layers and eight invariant transitions; 𝒟Q and SA remain outside the measurable layer set.

Operator I

AI Protocol Implementation

The AI implementation is designed so another AI can receive a point of examination, apply the fixed D language, preserve source and evidence boundaries, perform SA examination, inherit the domain established at Discovery, evaluate the nine measurable layers and eight transitions, perform reverse traceability, and return a bounded case record. SA may challenge Discovery but does not independently select a new domain; a legitimate renewed domain requires a new Point of Examination through D, a new Discovery, and SA examination before downstream passage resumes.

Non-invasive by design

The target is not retrained or reprogrammed merely to satisfy Archeogenesis. The protocol evaluates the target as received. This makes the implementation suitable for controlled comparison because the overlay and the underlying target remain distinguishable.

Machine discipline

The AI is prohibited from inventing missing provenance, source ancestry, cause, time, prior condition, origin, certainty, or hidden facts. Evidence categories remain distinguishable; an assertion cannot silently become measurement, and a prediction cannot silently become observation.

Layer + transition verification

Nine completed labels are not enough. Every layer must be supported and every transition must be traceable. In Codex notation the invariant transition set begins with D̂ → N—not raw D → N—because D̂ is Discovery after SA examination. The measurable Codex compresses the recorded predicates into layer satisfaction, transition traceability, and total verification.

Falsification remains open

If a legitimate target requires redefining D, adding a new universal D term, fabricating unavailable information, replacing the sequence, or entering Necessity prematurely, the counterexample is preserved rather than repaired until the protocol appears to pass.

Operator II

Human Protocol Implementation

The Human Protocol does not create a second Archeogenesis. It translates the same frozen mechanism into actions a human examiner can perform and document. The human records D term by term, identifies evidence, stops at Discovery, changes roles into the SA Examiner, challenges the first conclusion, and only then proceeds through the measurable passage.

Human evidence record

Material evidence receives an identifier and a provenance/category record. Unknown information stays unknown. Conflicts and limitations are recorded rather than hidden by confidence, authority, popularity, repetition, or the examiner's preferred result.

Bias and contamination controls

The examiner is instructed not to treat the hoped-for conclusion as evidence, not to omit contradictory material, not to fill gaps from memory when they can be checked, and not to alter the target or D to force a clean passage.

Forward and reverse examination

Construction Mode moves from examined Discovery toward Execution. Examination Mode can freeze an existing output and trace backward toward Discovery and D, locating the first failed, unsupported, drifted, or unresolved passage.

Comparable to AI operation

Human and AI results can be compared because both operators use the same D, SA Examiner, nine layers, eight transition gates, evidence boundaries, Codex completeness rule, reverse trace, and falsification condition.

Final Operational Release

Same Examination · Authentic Natural Answer Only

The final operational releases are the normal operating versions of the same AI and Human Protocol Implementations. They preserve the same D, the same SA Examiner, the same four interrogative functions, the same measurable chain, and the same evidence and falsification controls established in the controlled testing releases.

The difference is only in outward answer presentation. In controlled testing, the interrogative that most strongly controls the examination may be shown before the natural answer so the diagnostic process can be observed. In final operation, that visible label is retired. The relevant interrogative function or functions are applied internally, and the user receives only the authentic natural answer produced by the complete Archeogenesis examination.

The four interrogatives therefore still exist inside the protocol as internal SA examination zones. They are not removed from the mechanism, and they do not become a tenth layer, a replacement for D, or canned response labels.

What Independent Testing Can Now Examine

The implementation creates a concrete test condition: give the unchanged protocol to an AI operator or a human examiner without supplying the desired conclusion, then determine whether the operator can establish Discovery through D, survive SA examination, preserve domain continuity, verify the measurable layers and transitions, trace the result backward, and return a bounded record.

This is also where a meaningful failure becomes valuable. A counterexample is not something to hide. If an independent evaluator discovers a legitimate target that the fixed mechanism cannot establish or responsibly bound under its own rules, that result becomes new evidence and must be preserved.

General external theorem status remains open for independent examination. Internal formal consistency and computational pressure-testing do not substitute for independent human and external technical falsification attempts.

The implementation threshold

A Breakthrough That Must Now Be Tested Outside Its Origin

What has been reached is not merely another description of the nine-layer chain. Archeogenesis now has two standalone operator implementations capable of applying the same measurable language without requiring the underlying target to be rebuilt around it.

The significance is the separation of mechanism from operator. AI and human examiners can now be asked to traverse the same origin discipline, the same examined Discovery, the same measurable chain, and the same verification gates. That creates the possibility of comparing whether the passage remains coherent across different operators and radically different subjects.

That is a substantial development. But the strongest claim is deliberately reserved. The next evidentiary threshold is independent testing by people and technical teams who did not construct the protocol and who are specifically free to challenge it. If the unchanged mechanism survives those attempts across domains—or if it exposes exactly where and why it fails—the external record becomes stronger than internal assertion.

The breakthrough is therefore not declared absolute by the page itself. It is made testable. The protocol has reached the point where the next Discovery belongs to independent examination.
